Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Package and label items according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation (preferred for shift changes).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and labeling (training provided).
