As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Collaborate with the evening team to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating evening shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
