Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move, load, and unload shipments efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies immediately.
- Package and label items according to strict safety and shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory management processes.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
