Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and security breaches
- Monitor surveillance systems and document irregularities in detailed incident reports
- Verify visitor credentials and enforce access control protocols
- Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities and security equipment status
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors during night hours
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Guard Card (or willingness to obtain before start)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency with surveillance technology and reporting software
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain alert during overnight hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Clear background check and drug-free certification
- Customer service experience preferred
