Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)

- Process payments and manage petty cash securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Document guest preferences and special requests
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel systems and facilities
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
