Responsibilities
- Monitor front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs with precision
- Perform daily audits of financial transactions and reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Secure premises and conduct safety walkthroughs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare end-of-shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred
