Responsibilities
- Manage circulation desk operations including check-in/out, renewals, and fines
- Assist patrons with catalog searches, reference questions, and technology troubleshooting
- Process new materials and maintain accurate inventory records
- Lead community programs including children's storytimes and adult workshops
- Provide basic tech support for public computers and digital resources
- Collaborate with team on collection development and outreach initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized library spaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
