Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum computing solutions integrated with classical AI frameworks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into technical strategies.
- Conduct research and prototype novel algorithms to improve computational efficiency.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability across global deployment environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Computer Science.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust with deep knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and projects.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a plus.
