Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and maintain the long-term product vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
- Technical Strategy: Lead the technical strategy for integrating next-gen technologies (AI, Neural Networks, Cloud-native architecture) into existing workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical spokesperson for the 2026 Initiative, presenting complex strategies to C-suite executives and external partners.
- Product Lifecycle: Oversee the full product lifecycle from conception and design to deployment and post-launch optimization.
- R&D Oversight: Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product architecture, software engineering, or technical product management.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading complex product launches and defining long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading diverse teams and managing budgets for large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
