Job Description
In 2026, the boundary between biological cognition and digital execution is dissolving. Nexus Future Systems is pioneering the next generation of human-machine integration, and we are seeking a visionary Lead Neural Interface Architect to define the safety, performance, and ethics of our synaptic bridge technology.
As a key leader in our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between neurobiology and advanced software engineering. You won't just be writing code; you will be designing the language of the future. This is a rare opportunity to shape the standard for human augmentation in a multi-trillion dollar industry.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-bandwidth Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) protocols ensuring sub-millisecond latency and biocompatibility.
- Lead a cross-functional team of neuroscientists, quantum engineers, and software developers to integrate neural mapping algorithms into consumer hardware.
- Establish and enforce rigorous ethical safety protocols to prevent cognitive overload or unauthorized data leakage from the neural mesh.
- Conduct rigorous stress-testing on neural pathways under simulated real-world conditions to ensure user stability.
- Publish white papers on the implications of neural bandwidth and contribute to global standards for AI-human symbiosis.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex neural data into intuitive user experiences for our next-gen consumer line.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computational Neuroscience, Bioengineering, or a related field with a focus on neural networks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) development or Neural Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow with a specific focus on signal processing and deep learning.
- Strong understanding of neuroanatomy and the biological implications of high-frequency neural stimulation.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through the development lifecycle of complex hardware-software systems.
- Experience with data privacy laws and ethical frameworks surrounding human augmentation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
