Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure to support the roadmap for 2026.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art deep learning models with a focus on latency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging trends in AI (e.g., AGI, Neuro-symbolic computing) and integrate them into our product strategy.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into deployable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Tools: Deep experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
