- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 technological horizons
- Analyze emerging trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Create foresight frameworks to anticipate societal and technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
