- Forecast global technology and societal trends through 2026+ using AI-driven analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch market-defining products
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other future-focused research institutions
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Fluency in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on 5-10 year strategic shifts
