Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market evolution and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions across AI, quantum computing, and bio-tech domains
- Analyze global megatrends to identify billion-dollar opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Drive culture of experimentation through incubation labs and rapid prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies with PhD preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
