Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders and enterprise clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model future market conditions and systemic risks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist strategy team
- Represent company at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or disruptive innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and public speaking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-proofing initiatives
