Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast market shifts through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite clients navigating disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on client strategic decisions post-2020
