Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural patterns across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with product strategists and research scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making during the design and implementation phases, mitigating risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure code quality and system integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with low-latency programming languages such as Rust, Go, or C++.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration, edge computing, or quantum computing concepts is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-phase projects.
