Responsibilities
- Provide premium dog walking services for 3-5 dogs simultaneously in upscale Omaha neighborhoods
- Administer medications, special diets, and behavioral training as client-directed
- Document detailed activity reports with GPS tracking and photo updates via our mobile app
- Manage client communications through our CRM system with 24-hour response guarantee
- Coordinate with veterinary partners for emergency care protocols
- Maintain pristine equipment and transport vehicles with daily sanitation protocols
- Train junior walkers on safety procedures and client service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional dog handling experience with certification
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record
- Canine First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Expertise in breed-specific behaviors and handling techniques
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in mobile technology for reporting and client communication
- Exceptional time management with ability to manage multiple walks simultaneously
