Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Develop seasonal menus featuring local ingredients and innovative recipes
- Uphold rigorous quality control standards across all coffee products
- Lead shift operations during peak hours while maintaining exceptional service
- Collaborate with management on customer feedback and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Proven ability to train and manage staff in high-volume environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak service times
- Strong attention to detail in presentation and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
