Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, pastries, and food items according to our strict recipes and brewing standards.
- Greet every customer with a warm, inviting smile and provide personalized, top-tier customer service.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering.
- Upsell products and engage with customers to build a loyal, local community.
- Clean equipment and work areas thoroughly after every shift.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Strong passion for coffee and a genuine desire to learn about different roasts and brewing methods.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Must be 18 years or older.
