Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using premium beans
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining order accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of equipment, stations, and seating areas
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all health/safety and food handling standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
