Responsibilities
- Masterfully prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage excellence and customer service
- Develop seasonal menus and innovative drink presentations
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and quality control
- Drive exceptional guest experiences through personalized service
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Advanced knowledge of espresso extraction, latte art, and brewing methods
- Proven ability to train and lead teams in high-volume settings
- Exceptional customer service with a passion for hospitality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Food Handler/Sanitation certification preferred
