- Develop seasonal menus featuring local ingredients and signature beverages
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage protocols and customer engagement
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and cost optimization for premium ingredients
- Curate exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Collaborate with pastry chefs to create harmonious food pairings
- Uphold sanitation standards and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Proven ability to manage high-volume peak operations while maintaining quality
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, roast profiles, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with experience training teams
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Food Handler's certification required
