Responsibilities
- Master specialty coffee brewing techniques including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage preparation and customer service excellence
- Develop seasonal menus featuring innovative coffee creations and local ingredients
- Manage inventory control and ensure premium quality of coffee beans and supplies
- Handle cash operations and POS system with 100% accuracy
- Curate exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of coffee stations
- Collaborate with management on sourcing sustainable, high-grade coffee beans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee certification
- Expert-level knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and flavor profiles
