Responsibilities
- Execute premium beverage preparation with precision, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and signature creations
- Mentor junior baristas while maintaining consistent quality and operational standards
- Develop seasonal menus and innovative coffee pairings in collaboration with the head roaster
- Manage inventory control, equipment maintenance, and café cleanliness protocols
- Drive customer engagement through personalized service and coffee education
- Support daily operations including cash management, scheduling, and vendor relations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art and brewing techniques
- Proven leadership skills in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and flavor dynamics
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Portfolio of coffee creations and customer experience examples required
