Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks while maintaining speed and quality standards
- Engage customers with warm hospitality and detailed product knowledge
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and maintain pristine café cleanliness
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Train new team members on coffee techniques and service protocols
- Develop seasonal drink menus and participate in coffee tastings
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation practices
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
