Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following company recipes and quality standards
- Master espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Manage cash register and process payments accurately
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including equipment and service areas
- Learn and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
- Participate in ongoing coffee education and skill development
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – paid training provided!
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
