Qualifications
- 5+ years of specialty coffee experience with portfolio of signature drinks
- Championship-level latte art certification (e.g., USBC/World Barista Championship)

- Advanced proficiency with espresso calibration and equipment maintenance
- Exceptional palate development and sensory evaluation skills
