Responsibilities
- Execute complex beverage preparations including espresso, pour-overs, and molecular-infused creations
- Train and mentor barista staff on advanced techniques and customer engagement
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and specialty ingredients
- Develop seasonal menu innovations featuring local Miami flavors
- Ensure exceptional service standards for high-net-worth clientele
- Operate and maintain high-end espresso equipment
- Collaborate with culinary team on coffee-pairing experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with championship-level latte art skills
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and extraction methods
- Proven leadership ability in fast-paced premium environments
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Portfolio of signature beverage creations required
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
