Responsibilities
- Master complex espresso techniques and seasonal specialty drink preparation
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing excellence and customer engagement
- Develop innovative seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients
- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control for coffee and supplies
- Lead peak-hour operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with management on staff scheduling and workflow optimization
- Create engaging social media content showcasing our coffee craftsmanship
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with advanced latte art certification
- Expert knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume service environments
- Strong conflict resolution and team management abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
