Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee brewing techniques with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on service excellence and coffee mastery
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and coffee pairings
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for coffee supplies
- Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized interactions

Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art skills
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in food service
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume peak hours
