Responsibilities
- Masterfully craft premium espresso drinks and specialty coffee beverages using state-of-the-art equipment
- Mentor junior baristas on coffee techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence
- Develop innovative seasonal menus featuring local ingredients and signature brewing methods
- Manage daily inventory, quality control, and equipment maintenance protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with expertise in espresso extraction and latte art
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or food service environments

- Exceptional communication skills with ability to train and motivate teams
