Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee methods, menu knowledge, and service excellence
- Manage daily inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance for seamless operations
- Develop innovative seasonal drink specials and customer engagement initiatives
- Uphold rigorous sanitation and safety standards in all service areas

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with advanced espresso and latte art skills
