Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee preparation with precision (espresso, pour-overs, cold brew)
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and coffee pairings
- Manage inventory ordering and quality control
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
- Collaborate with management on café operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience
- Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certification preferred
- Expert-level espresso and brewing skills
- Strong leadership and training abilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic inventory management experience
