Responsibilities
- Execute espresso extraction with precision and artistic flair
- Develop seasonal beverage menus featuring local ingredients
- Mentor junior baristas on technique and customer engagement
- Optimize workflow during peak hours while maintaining quality standards
- Source and roast premium single-origin beans
- Curate sensory experiences for discerning clientele
- Manage inventory and maintain pristine equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with portfolio
- Latte art certification preferred (SCA or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins and processing methods
- Exceptional customer service with multi-lingual abilities
- Proficiency with La Marzocco and Slayer equipment
- Food Handler Permit and ServeSafe certification
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
