Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Train and supervise baristas on brewing methods, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop seasonal menus featuring innovative coffee creations and local pastries
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain spotless workspace and adhere to health/safety protocols
- Manage inventory ordering and cost control for coffee supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen team for seamless food service integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Proven leadership skills in training and team management
- Expertise in espresso extraction, latte art, and brewing methods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of coffee sourcing, roasting profiles, and flavor profiles
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
