Responsibilities

- Pioneer research in Generative AI and Machine Learning integration within core product ecosystems.
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the company's transition into Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable software.

- Ensure system resilience, security, and performance optimization for global deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go programming languages.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and their application to cryptography and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
