Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration, IoT convergence, and cloud-native scalability.
- System Design & Strategy: Design high-level architecture for complex systems, ensuring resilience and performance under heavy load.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., Rust, WebAssembly, Edge Computing) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, blockchain, or edge computing is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving critical architectural challenges in fast-paced environments.
