Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core systems for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding conventions for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and high availability across all production environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning to optimize system efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and big data processing pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
