Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect to define the technical infrastructure for our upcoming 2026 product suite. At Nexus Dynamics, we are pushing the boundaries of generative AI and predictive modeling. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and scalable production environments, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and future-ready.
You will work closely with product leaders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, focusing on optimization, latency reduction, and ethical AI implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for our 2026 AI platform, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Lead the migration of legacy models to next-generation neural network architectures.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for real-time inference and edge computing devices.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop) and vector databases.
