Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for AI integration, focusing on futuristic capabilities such as generative models and autonomous agents.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure capable of handling next-gen data loads and complex computations.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced neural networks) and evaluate their potential for commercial application.
- Talent Development: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across product, engineering, and business units.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and large-scale distributed systems.
