Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that scale to millions of users.
- Lead Future Tech Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing into our core infrastructure.
- Cloud Infrastructure Mastery: Oversee the migration and management of complex cloud environments (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability and security.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement real-time optimizations to enhance data processing speeds.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists to translate research papers into production-ready code.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a Lead or Senior Architect role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI & Machine Learning: Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models and handling big data analytics.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
