Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models for complex real-world applications, focusing on efficiency and explainability.
- Lead research initiatives into next-generation neural network architectures and quantum-enhanced computing approaches.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and responsible AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate technical concepts into tangible business value.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data ingestion to model deployment and production monitoring.
- Drive the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive strategic technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at a massive scale.
