Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models focused on the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Define the technical vision for Agentic AI workflows and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for real-time decision-making and predictive analytics.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
