Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable AI systems designed specifically for the Year 2026 infrastructure.Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.Define and enforce rigorous data governance policies for advanced neural networks and generative AI models.Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers in cutting-edge technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals for the future market.Ensure system resilience and high availability across distributed cloud environments.Drive innovation in ethical AI, focusing on bias mitigation and transparency.
Qualifications
PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.Strong understanding of ethical AI, regulatory compliance, and data privacy standards.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
