Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for AI-driven products, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI models, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Autonomous Agents.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to deliver high-impact projects.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI architectures adhere to the highest security standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
