Job Description
We are on the precipice of a technological revolution. Project 2026 represents our boldest leap yet—a comprehensive initiative to integrate quantum-ready neural networks into consumer infrastructure. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to design the backbone of this future.
As the technical steward of our roadmap, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning models and scalable, production-grade software systems. This is not just a job; it is an opportunity to define the standards of the year 2026 and beyond.
Why Join Us?
- Work on next-generation AI infrastructure.
- Competitive equity package and top-tier compensation.
- Flexible remote-first culture with quarterly in-person innovation sprints.
The Role:
You will lead a team of elite engineers in building self-healing, predictive algorithms capable of handling exabytes of data in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of proprietary deep learning models, pushing the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product and research teams to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and integrate viable solutions into our core stack.
- Code Governance: Enforce best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing across all engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure architectures with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
