Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Lead the architectural design of high-performance neural networks and distributed AI systems optimized for the 2026 tech stack.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI deployment.
- System Optimization: Improve model inference speeds by 40% using novel quantization techniques and hardware acceleration.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a diverse squad of ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern hardware acceleration (TPU/GPU).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems handling petabyte-scale data.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
