Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, specifically targeting 2026 capabilities.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning systems and distributed computing networks.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in the development of proprietary algorithms.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are integrated into all development phases.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Conduct regular code reviews and technical architectural planning sessions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead AI/ML architecture role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Deep knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX) and MLOps tools.
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions at massive scale in production environments.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
