Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for our 2026 product roadmap.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, serving, and deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Engineering: Ensure high availability and low latency for our AI inference engines under heavy load.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with strong proficiency in C++ for high-performance computing.
- Infrastructure: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
